Our Journey
Welcome to Pizza Bae, where we bring fresh, wood-fired style pizza with
authentic Italian recipes to Calgary, Alberta. Located on Bowness Road NW in the
Montgomery neighborhood of Northwest Calgary, our journey began with owner Saud Abbasi's
passion for sharing exceptional halal pizza with the community. From our carefully
crafted recipes to our vibrant atmosphere with fun games and cozy vibes, every aspect of
Pizza Bae is designed to create a welcoming experience for families, friends, and pizza lovers.

Our diverse menu features an impressive selection of specialty pizzas, including
our signature All Dressed Up Pizza, Meat Lover Pizza, and Mother of Pizzas.
Our popular items like Chipotle Chicken Pizza, Four Cheese Pizza, and
Spicy Canadian Pizza have become local favorites in Calgary. Each pizza is prepared with
fresh ingredients, halal-certified meats, robust tomato sauce with a perfect char on the crust,
and authentic Italian techniques that deliver consistent, high-quality results.

At Pizza Bae, we believe in being more than just a restaurant – we're part of the Calgary community.
Owner Saud Abbasi demonstrated exceptional courage during the December 30, 2025 water main break near
16 Avenue in Montgomery, rescuing families trapped in floodwaters. Our welcoming
atmosphere on Bowness Road, combined with exceptional service, extended late-night hours,
and authentic halal pizza, makes us a favorite destination for both casual dining and
late-night cravings in Northwest Calgary.
